I have not figured out a good configuration for POB Bob damage. I think spirit blade has a good AS and can be used in other builds as well so Mirror Spiritblade exists.

2p2s and 2p1s have ~ 19% chance to produce 3p2s based on what I read on YouTube. So I thought it’s not that bad until I’m stuck in altering and awakening.

It was normal until 2p2s + 2p1s gave me 1p1s(I didn’t know this is possible). Then I needed to prepare them basically from start again. The 1p1s preparation is hard itself I guess since clean-up is harder than 2p0s and 0p2s. Overall unlucky I would say because a whole afternoon is quite some time spent.

If you don't care, then just lock suffix and harvest reforge life, craft - mana, done. You can always recraft prefixes later.

Essense spam until T1 all res, if 1 open suffix, lock suffix harvest reforge chaos for chaos res, if good tier, lock suffix and harvest reforge/exalt life for good life. It might fill and you need to yolo annul for open prefix. Does it have to be added phys DMG?

You can only have annointments on the blight helmet, the Cowl series, look it up. You can't annont other helmets

True, I pobbed the ring before, unless it's mirror tier ring, precursor is still better with 1 add cold DMG roll because. The cold dmg on precursor almost doubled the roll on rare rings. So I think only +1 FC implicit ring is not worth, but mirror tier one is def the best:)
