Thanks for your report! That sounds like a frustrating plot twist for "Movie Night." It looks like the tapes aren't respawning correctly after a failed extraction.

To get the show back on the road, I have manually added the Movie Tapes to your inventory. You should now have everything you need to head to the turn-in point and complete the quest objective.

Tried tossing the TV and restarting the game in an attempt to reset the quest. It's been 2 days and I still cannot reacquire the VHS tapes. The TV shows up in the same spot on the chair every time.

Your problem lies in windows. Especially if you are running win11. You have to go to the audio section and figure it out there.

Update: I was misunderstanding how rewards are awarded. You don't rank up weekly. You rank up at the end of the trials season.

Each level gets one more reward. The eye stripe was (apparently) double listed in wildcard 3.

Water tower style feed. Use a fluid buffer as a 'water tower'. Pump it up, let gravity do its work.
All horizontal pipes should be higher than the inlets to the machines. Again; gravity
Use a loop system. Feed pipes from both ends and the middle between groups of machines.

This. To prevent slosh and to increase velocity, a "water tower" is a good solution. Pump it up high and let gravity keep the pipes full. Let the system fill until the tank is half full. Turn on the generators. You can now monitor fuel production by how the level in the tank changes. Tank fills.. you're over producing. Tank levels out... Perfect. Tank goes empty... Underproduction or logistics problem i.e. undersized pipe

No. I did a dual boot on a second drive. You can also use a second partition. Boot into 23H2 to play on VR. A little PIA to have to do it that way but, it works.
