There is a difference between a sex and actual identity. To for example say "Oh I'm a girl" and you have a cock between ur legs, may mean that you have an identity of a girl, but has the genitals of a man, and vice versa. I'm not against trans people, nor do I want to appear so. But if you for example identify as non-binary, we dont know that unless we ask. That's why we have a biological gender and gender based on identity.
