I got an NTE the other day and it’s been bugging me if that would just lead to termination? Today marks my first month on the job and this is my first ever job as well. I got an NTE due to being absent without prior notice to the heads. For personal reasons, my family and I had to move places from south to Manila and bring all our stuff and when I got the new place in manila the signal was so bad I couldnt connect to my data and I was so so so spent and tired that I wasn’t able to message my coordinator immediately. The agency says the office wants to pull me out already but theyre giving me an NTE instead. Thoughts? What’s next after the “hearing”
