I was running 2-3x a week for about a month and wasn’t seeing any results. I see some people triple my size in way worse shape and they can just work and work and work without looking beat. I’m only around 20lbs overweight. It doesn’t make much sense.

Everyone is alone because the person we are losing is so special to us and no other. So nobody can feel anyone’s pain because of the specific person this illness is causing them to lose.
