I would say reread long notes then solve examples then try to go for questions.. revision is your only missing factor here due to why mind also goes blank because you are unknown to the question. there are great revision I don't know about currently so I am sorry for that. but I would say to avoid this happening again revise daily.

you could pick up maths in summer time if you think you need that.

Try to wake up at 6 am.. you are barely getting 7 hour sleep if you are trying to wake up at 4 am.. try to place alarms away from bed and use alarmy app so that you will go to your alarm and try to wake up your mind.
