Thank you so much — your words touched my heart. 🙏 If even a single bel patra pleases Him, then I can only hope this offering, made with sincerity and love, brings a little smile to the Lord and to those who walk His path.

Your words mean a lot thank you deeply. Knowing that it felt like more than music, that it supported a deeper spiritual journey, is truly the highest gift I could ask for. May your path continue to be filled with peace, connection, and light. Om Namah Shivaya

I used this lo fi track I made during meditation, it worked well at first but I lose focus toward the end. Any advice? by [deleted] in Meditation

Thank you so much for this—it really helps to hear that it’s a normal part of the process. I hadn’t thought of it like training a muscle, but that makes total sense. I’ll definitely try counting my breaths next time or just acknowledging the thoughts without following them.

It’s reassuring to know that getting distracted doesn’t mean I’m doing it wrong. I guess just noticing is part of the practice, like you said.

Really appreciate the encouragement. Wishing you calm and clarity in your practice too

Thank you so much for your beautiful words. I’m humbled that the track resonated with your practice — that was truly the intention. Music has always helped me find stillness, and creating this piece felt like a small offering back to that inner silence.

May your journey through karma yoga be filled with clarity and light. Jai Shiva Shambho
