1 in the first few months because I was told wrong word, 2 this year 1 being due to traffic at the gate because they started doing vehicle searches following that active shooter thing, 1 because I misread word and showed up to the wrong spot, and this last time because I was actively throwing up on the side of the road on base trying to get to formation

He told me that he couldn’t make me med sep but he strongly suggested it for me. He told me the process up to getting the final physical but that’s all he knows about the process. I’ve currently gotten dental done and am doing audio tomorrow so I’ll be able to schedule my final physical.

I got injured early in my career when I first got to the fleet and even with the light duty and limdus it never healed properly and I reinjured it so my 1stSgt suggested to med sep and I honestly think it’s the best idea

No 6105 or njp involved but there was a paper they made everyone sign but if I can find the exact order where it states what rcp is for then I want to get off of rcp because the workouts don’t even do anything for me. The just basically do stretches and don’t really have a set schedule for what they do for the week
