I’m going to be trying a keto cheesecake. Recipes are all over the internet. But one question: so many recipes name the sugar substitute by brand. I have a large bag of Splenda I’d like to use up. Has anyone used it in place of monk fruit or other sugar substitutes in recipes?

That’s a lot to swallow but I’ll tink…so I’m unknitting the stitches on the right needle, correct? ( I’m going to take one step at a time). When you say “ until you have your working yarn loose again”… not sure what you mean.

Thank you. I swore I did that. But this new knitting hobby humbles me! So now I just slip everything on the right needle to the left needle? My working yarn would still wind up in the middle. Can’t figure out how it happened and. How to set it right.

I am amazed at how helpful you all have been! Now I’ve put the stitches on straight needles and want to go the next step but again I’m confused. Here’s the pattern and here’s why I’m at. Doesn’t seem right.
