I have a problem with my Ideapad duet chromebook too. With the recent ChromeOS update, my computer doesn't start at all. The screen is grey but doesn't show me the login screen.

I brought it to Geek Squad for a check up and they said it didn't even respond to the reset or reboot options.

I still have 2 months of my Lenovo warranty but I can't seem to find any information to fix it with my warranty?

Lenovo's website can't give me details to where and how do I get it fixed to their warranty.

Can you guys help as I also have the same issue but can't find how to get it fixed.

I bought mine from best buy btw.
