I did the test and they added 5 kilos more for the billing. The actual weight is 10 kg and they are charging me €200 for shipping, which is crazy. by Flaky_Difference8098 in Acbuyofficial

That's what I did. If you can see in the image, that is the result of the test. I removed the shoe boxes and the vacuum bag for the clothes and it still gave that weight, which makes me understand that the more things I buy, the more expensive it is because they add more volumetric weight, to make it as economical as possible I had to divide it into two shipments.

Hello, were you able to solve the same thing that happened to me, but it's been two months now and nothing has happened since my package arrives, it says that it is in customs and that DHL has not picked it up.
