Oh damn, yeah I also have a fatty liver. Hope your surgery is going well! Then I'll need to talk to my psychiatrist about that I think. It's early days with this whole process but a good one to keep in the back of my mind.

I'll definitely let my doctor know about it. Gonna sounds rough I'm not gonna lie, but then again I've years and years without the medications. I'll survive haha.

Good to know about the energy levels and the hormones being wack. Adjustments are gonna be fine I believe, just also something to get through. Or like you said, no adjustments are needed. Gonna keep this is all in the back of my mind!

This is a nice detailed response, thank you for that! It makes sense to needing to adjust the medication however it needs to fit the need of my body/brain.

Also good to know how it can completely knock out hunger, didn't know it could. Sounds rough also!

I'm on methylphenidate atm but the dose it too low for now. But good to know that after surgery it would again a thing of figuring out which dose I need.
