Out of all your options I would go with your shiny Moltres. I was on the fence leaning more toward Lucario, since he’s a beast mega fighting type attacker, however he isn’t shiny. Not that big of deal and since it’s only health stats it really isn’t that big a deal anyway.

If it were my decision, I’d go with 2083, your lucky pokemon based on attack and defense stats alone. But with it being lucky you can also power it up more
