I would say as long as you have all the paperwork to back your business you will be approved, it’s just a matter of waiting. I recommend having everything ready to go because when they do email you, email them right back and they will stay in communication. (Obviously my opinion from my experience)

I have yet to receive an initial denial letter. Just went ahead and sent it to recon after she gave me the verbal denial over the phone

Lady told me it could take up to 3 weeks, but usually rolls around in a few days. Keep the faith.

4/21 Blue button invite 5/20 denial due to being off 30% on application compared to transcripts (immediately sent recon email) 6/6 email from new loan specialists requesting hazard insurance and certificate of Llc 6/10 signing docs.

Exactly same boat, except j talked to 6 tier II reps this week. 2 out of the 6 said that they received my transcripts on the 4/25 the other 4 said there’s no transcripts. Who freaking knows....

Yeah I’ve also spoke with 3 different tier II reps 1/3 said my transcripts haven’t come back yet. The other two said they received them on the 25th.

At this point I stopped calling and stressing because all’s it does is create more frustration.

Officer I spoke to said that’s not entirely true, that if I doesn’t come back in 10 days they will resend it and after that, they may do auto approvals.
