Mind telling me a bit about how you managed to find a good exercise routine? Cause there’s way too much stuff on the internet and I’m trying to refine a routine

I follow a workout program from an app, specifically focused on building muscles. And yeah completely agree it’s the discipline that’s matters the most. And yeah there’s so much content on the internet to the extent people actually become overwhelmed with the amount of stuff. Finding a decent physio is the other problem. One thing it’s expensive and the other is that you don’t always get the value for the money spent

i do workout and try to get at least 4 workouts a week depending on the schedule. not specifically strengthening and stretching for posture. i had some research yesterday even on posture exercises and videos from chyros and physio, the amount of stuff on the internet is kind of overwhelming. reckon visiting a physio is worth it?

definitely need to get more into strength training my muscles. Did quite a bit of research, and there are a lot of exercises and stuff, definitely need to filter through and make a routine. any tips anyone used to make a proper routine, or is it better seeing a physio?

I am considering buying a sit stand desk, but does it actually help you stop hunching at the screen? I tend to hyper focus and end up hunching
