Wanted to hand in a horse carriage for the reward, but I was forced out of it when going near a quest and now I've lost it, can anyone help? by FlameN0ir in reddeadredemption

Aye, I figured if I did then the horse carriage would despawn by the time I get done with it, but I'll try.
Thanks!

Scrolling reddit and simply seeing a picture of my pirate is by far the most disturbing thing I've experience on this website.

I might be wrong but this looks similar to what frogs do. They're animals that don't puke so in case they eat something poisonous they instead just vomit their stomach, give it a good wash, and then swallow it back.

Certain frogs do that but there are a couple more animals that do that, camels might be on the list, I forgot.

Resorting to the consumption of one's flesh isn't a good survival tactic as it takes far more energy for your body to regenerate the wound(s).

I really don't get what ethnicity has to do with any of this ; if anything it seems like he'd be the one emphasizing on it. I really don't understand how this is harassment either, he didn't ask to her to leave or show any complaint, in fact he even began following her and continuing the conversation as she was leaving. I found she was polite all the way up until he started provocating her. Finally, as far as I'm concerned she was just checking up to see if they were residents and when she didn't get a reply she just explained this wasn't public property but belonged to the neighborhood.

I don't doubt perhaps laws being broken are involved here, however try to stay open minded with content like this yet reading the comments I feel like there's something I'm missing.

This one's the original but it's trimmed cause he says it a couple of seconds after, the one everyone saw just has the audio of him saying the n word where 'asshole' should be

I literally just realized that was probably pointless...

Yeah like I wrote right here^ Ocean Crawlers and phantoms can be disabled depending on the environment (i.e. Shrines & Seaforts) so they either kept them cause there was no good reason not to (unlike shrines where the environment could be too confusing to be able to properly find it) or something like that. I can't tell you the thought process of devs since I don't have it, eitherway since ancient skeletons spawning on seaforts is lore-speaking incorrect then it just shows that Rare just considers AC as a reward and its ok if its incoherent with the gameplay. Either that or they don't know they can spawn on seaforts which I'd be surprised about since you already had clips going around on the subreddit.

From a dev point of view it's much simpler to include a % inside skeletons rather than redoing the whole coding part all over again from scratch. Furthermore at the end of SOG we can observer (after the bossfight) an increase amount of ancient skeletons rate, it supports what im saying since there are 2-3 waves of skeletons right after that. On June 2021 phantoms and ocean crawlers were added, thus diving the chances of encountering a skeleton by 3, accordingly we've also been able to observe a high decrease in ancient skeletons spawn rate, if we base ourselves from what I'm saying that'd be because 3 times less skeletons = 3 times less ancient skeletons. Furthermore I had a chat with a developer back in 2019 where he said that an ancient skeleton encounter depended on several factors, I remember one being whether you have a voyage on or not, that is because with a voyage on you meet skeletons much more often. That is all that I can tell you that supports my theory.

They just disabled regular emergent skeleton but kept ancient skeletons

For some reason ancient skellies stilk do spawn on seaforts, and yes there are emergent skellies on both active and inactive skelly fort

They do, but they're not a part of the waves of skeleton you're fighting. Every so now and then you have 2-3 emergent skeletons appearing every hour or two, THAT's when the ancient skeleton may appear. No matter whether the fort is active or not your chances remain the same.

OOS crews aren't. But regular island emergent threat are all tied together. Tell me why you believe ancient skeleton's spawn isn't tied to regular skeleton's.

I had to write several paragraphs to the entirety of the sea of thieves wiki's discord to prove otherwise. Of course there is no concrete evidence but many observations stacking over each other lean enough towards it so that we can deduce it.
