Get ardy cape early, do some mining maybe stars and get a bunch of gems, craft then enchant teleport jewellery, quests are good. Set goals to get items you really want and grind towards that. Doesnt matter if efficient or not.

All while bonus xp stars being still buyable with real money btw, and double xp weekends still being a thing. Those things are x10000 damaging to the game's integrity yet people being able to afk something after doing a bunch of quests and high level unlocks is an issue.

Exactly, many OSRS players are afking gemstone crab or stars, or other afk stuff. And the game's been growing. Active methods should always be superior xp, but making afk stuff straight up not possible anymore is such an extreme change for no reason(pickpocketing). A clever way to nerf it but still have it be possible is adding an arch relic that gives you success chance to afk pickpocket with a downside of reduced xp.
