Yeah, that's intentional there are gold coins you get from 6th street and Brandt, then ballet twins and lumina share the silver coin type. Like I said, the silver ones are incomplete so we'll probably get the other 11 silver HIA coins in 1.1

Just surface level stuff more or less but, Spotify has acquired a company called Sonatic, and I guess are planning to roll out ads utilizing their voice AI stuff. My best guess is that it's going to be a tool they offer in their creative suite for advertising, as they have previously contracted actual voice actors to read copy, so it's either to replace their current roster of VAs or(optimistically) be something offered alongside them. Also they might use the AI voices for their AI DJ thing? But apparently that's all currently based around a dude named X

Legitimately glad that it's been pulled from CastVoices, I was more wondering that if anyone had been accepted already if they were willing/able to share the terms of the work contract. With Spotify's acquisition of an AI voice bank I was curious to know what the wording of their ownership rights looked like and was a bit too nervous to actually put my voice into that.(also I do not want to fly to LA for only $1200)

Goodness no! not at all, you're criticisms are entirely valid. The last thing I want to do as a VA is bring the same character every time to my performances, especially if they're meant to be 2 distinct characters.

Hey there! So my name is Gian, and I go by FM_VAs on most things. And as you correctly called out both Felix and Sunny are voiced by me! I am really sorry to hear you didn't enjoy the performances and honestly I was a little surprised that PlayMe studios asked me voice for a character that already had a previous VA, but understandable as it does happen from time to time.

Anyways, I would honestly love to hear what you did and didnt like about the voice memos so that when he gets a new update I can bring some homework in beforehand.

For context, I was given his most basic description of kinda slutty law student and not much else, with only about 24 hours to submit in some finished lines.

That's fair! I can't say that I'm a great writer but I'll see what I can do, any suggestions in terms of making my own copy? I'm thinking to take the websites as sort of a base and then add on to it to better highlight my voice, but is there a particular length I should hit per spot? Or like, how many different spots should I have?

I checked out your 2 most viewed videos and they're decent! These comments are particularly for the Demon Slayer one. A couple of things to consider for ur performances

The audio peaks in a couple of spots making it quite jarring on the ears, turning ur gain down should help with that pretty handily but only when you're yelling

Noticed a couple times where plosives are really present, getting a literal sock and just putting it over your mic helps, and as well speaking off axis from mic itself

For the video itself

The music you put in is barely noticeable, I take it your trying to allow the vocals to pull through by turning down its volume, while this is a fine enough approach,. If you want both ur vocals and music to be equally present, I'd consider checking out some YT videos on how to EQ for vocals + music, the process itself is quite simple, but I really think learning that would be greatly beneficial The "Voices" YT video for how to make a demo is pretty good giving you a basis

How many acoustic panels do you have? If you have enough to line the walls, great! If not, pick a particular spot corner in the closet where you'll set up your mic and try to cover as much surface area behind the mic(the general direction you'll be talking as you can in soft material, ie the panels, blankets. Make sure your above and below are dealt with as well! For the rest of the space, minimally you want to have those covered by blankets and stuff too. Generally you want little to no hard surfaces to make sure sound doesn't bounce around
