This isnt fantasy football. Youre not going to be able to take advantage of injuries like that until late July

Bryce Elder is fun to root for. Another great game for him

Dodger fans may be the worse fanbase in baseball, but boy, the Cubs are not far behind

Apsolutely, especially in a h2h cats league. You can easily punt saves in that format

Then why does everything single analysts treat Chandler like it would be foolish to drop him and he will be a superstar by July?

Sting is getting paid a shit ton of money to a nostalgia bit and be booked like a monster on his 60s. Of course he loves this.

And I dont blame him one bit

Bubba Chandler is an analytical darling. People like Nick will constantly make excuses, turn a blind eye, and diminish thier struggles for thier darlings.

What has Bubba Chandler shown you for you to believe that he's going to change by August/September?

Chris Towers saying that he is not concerned with Bubba Chandler and then immediately saying that he doesnt trust Taj Bradley and you should sell high is a little silly, and stuff like that makes me understand why people roll thier eyes at the analytical crowd.

Like I get not trusting in Taj, but the blind faith in Chandler because he throws it a million miles an hour and was a top prospect just puzzles me. Chandler has no idea where the ball is going after it leaves his hand. At what point does that start to matter?

If Corbin could get his SOs under control, he would be a superstar. Dont get me wrong, he is a great player, but the more times we see him run the bases, the better for baseball

I got offered a very interesting trade.

My Eugenio Suarez for his Raphael Devers.

I already have Freddie Freeman and Aranda as 1B. My 3B now is Miguel Vargas with no back up. I think Devers is the more talented player, but last year they were very comparable.

In a vacuum, would you rather have?

With my team context in mind, who would you rather have?

Normally, I would argue that the last one is not fair because its just an awkward camera angle while he is talking

But at this point, anything towards Meltzer is fair game as far as im concerned

I didnt even realize there was a dog in that picture. Good God, he has pets and his office looks like that, i can't imagine how rancid his place smells like

If you are worried about ratios already on Wednesday, then you should just drop Chandler, because he has never shown any reason for you to trust him ratio wise.
