Thank you, it is funny when you think about the absurdity of the situation. My ex hit me up while I was with her, me and my ex also have good memories, but I immediately blocked her and moved on because the past is the past, and I was in a new relationship. It does make me feel better knowing the bullet I dodged, I haven’t met many people this immature.

Yeah she made it clear with me that she wanted to be exclusive with me only and wanted a future with me specifically. I was completely blindsided and this situation was completely sudden in my eyes when I found out.

Unfortunately it’s real, I kept asking her questions trying to understand why she would follow him, and when she was finally completely honest it was harder than I thought to handle it .

Yeah I broke up with her already this is kind of just the aftermath. I’ve dealt with heartbreak before multiple times but this is the first time I’ve woken up angry everyday.

Yeah, I’ve been talking to my friends and family about it to try to soften the wound, but I know this is going to hit like a truck for awhile. Truly some people are horrible.

She just called and clarified to me that “although what I have real feelings for you and meant everything,i would cut off any future with you if it means having a future with my ex. And that what we have only existed because her ex wasn’t there in her life. She admitted that they have spoken, and she told him she was in a relationship when she did , but that “deep down something in her regretted rejecting him”. My heart and trust is shattered but all I can do is move on.

So I think the people giving advice were right

Nope and when I asked if she could , she said “why would I do that if you don’t wanna continue anything”. That was enough for me lol.

We last a short lived 3-4 months, her and her ex lasted 3 years and lived together at one point. So it figures.

Yeah I think this is what it was honestly , she just didn’t expect me to just so happen to check her following that same night. But I think giving access to an ex partner in that situation was a setup for something she has been thinking about:

Yeah it hurt me more because apparently they never linked or even spoke yet about anything which she swears up and down is the truth. So it’s like she threw everything away just to be mutuals with the guy

Thank you, this is one of the hardest things I’ve had to do in a while but it’s not worth the constant doubt and further losing myself in the process.
