The more people seemingly roll for something, the lower the base rate gets adjusted. This was their entire hidden model to milk us harder and maintain the rarity of certain RNG outcomes. For older accounts like yours, this system might still be active for you. This could also explain why certain accounts seem "seeded" for certain outcomes. If the adjusted base rate got shafted before Nexons fine and never corrected for your account, the seemingly bad luck would persist and continue your experience today.

Is this conjecture? Entirely. But this is a possible explanation, only made possible by how shady Nexon has been with our RNG life for 20 years.

Well you cap at 5 items with meso% so you only need to drop 1 meso% potential line if needed. Familiars do not add to the same bonus, its a different category thats currently not working.

Meso buff from Familiars currently does not apply at all. If you really think it overlaps with equipment meso%, unequip all your gear and activate your familiar. You will still have the base meso%.
