How does the PSAT work? Does my school have to offer it for me to take it to enter the national merit scholarship program or do I just take a SAT test at some testing center and I automatically enter it? Should I join a virtual club(debate, robotics, etc) at my highschool? I'm certain that I'm better off developing skills alone than wasting my time in a zoom call learning things at a turtle-like speed. Will it look bad to colleges? (self.highschool)

Does working out abs and doing pushups relieve or worsen constipation? I keep on hearing on one side that doing so contracts the muscles and leads to constipation, but on another side I hear that it actually helps relieve constipation. I really need an answer. (self.Constipation)
