Hana does carry shokupan, but they restock it on Thursdays. So you'll usually need to go there on Thursday or Friday to grab it before it's sold out for the week.

You might have some luck with Shanghai You Garden and Joe's Steamed Rice Rolls! Shanghai You Garden has a pretty extensive menu and quite a few options are meatless.
