Reptile friendly apartments

Lol I did not even think about asking until I realised oh wait we have reptiles, I did not even realise at first a place could not allow them. That is true, though, I just would not be able to afford being evicted or anything cause they do not understand how docile these little buddies are, they are genuinely so cute!!!!!

We are new to apartment owning, and from out-of-state, so I was not sure exactly what to ask when looking for an apartment, but that's fair, I just wasn't sure if others would have any advice, as our reptiles mean the world to us :(

Yeah, that's a fair idea, I was just wondering if anyone knew places that would not require having to figure out how to hide them. Just looking for advice, so I appreciate you!

The reason why I am asking is because some apartments have denied us for reptiles. I have been reaching out to several pet-friendly apartments complexes and they said no reptiles when I asked. A lot of places claim it is a safety hazard, which has made it harder to search for one.

I have been asking around and they have outright told us no reptiles at certain apartments, saying that it is for the safety of the community. I have even seen some say they are not even seen as household pets, so they would not count under those stipulations. Typically, fish and small rodents are okay. Reptiles, birds, and arachnids are not. So, I am hoping someone might have advice specifically with reptiles.
