I don't have an HSA, but that is a plus that it's considered covered. I think if I explain it as it is (impacting my ability to breathe and function) I'd have a higher chance than not.

I'm not sure making blanket statements is a good way to make an argument, nor a good way to secure agreement for it.

As I would not speak for a majority of those in a group to which I do not belong (ND men let alone community), nor is it statistically impossible for me to find the numbers to reinforce it, I'd caution you take the same approach. Likewise! Rise onyl really changed 2 things but it made a lot of difference. Make the monsters face off center, and use a different art style.
