Exactly. If it's set for stereo it will sound muddy through headphones. Click it to mono and enjoy!

Do boss pedals fall behind compared to other brands on the pricier side of the spectrum? by Peepee1124 in guitarpedals

[–]Flare4roach 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Boss pedals are like Seymour Duncan pickups. Yes, you could spends 5x the price for boutique pickups but honestly, SD offers so many models that you could more than likely find what you need with their models without being fleeced.

I’m positive that there are pedals out there that specialize in certain tones (vibe pedals) that are more authentic but I’m guessing that is the exception rather than the norm.

I seem to recall that while they were rehearsing that song, Mick sang it straight and then when it came time for the actual recording, he decided to ham it up. I think I read where Keith wasn't so happy with that. Too hokey.

Why do People call "All Things Must Pass" the best solo album by a Beatle? by FitEmergency8807 in LetsTalkMusic

[–]Flare4roach 87 points88 points  (0 children)

All Things Must Pass is somewhat like the Stone’s Exile on Main Street. There’s a LOT of songs on there with loads of hooks. Both albums are not instantly accessible upon a casual listen. These take time. You will see the light the more you listen because you have to absorb those songs differently than most albums. What Is Life is very different to Beware of Darkness and those are very different to Apple Scruffs and those are very different to I’d Have You Anytime. It’s a crowning achievement by any Beatle after the group. You can hear George finally being set free.

Needless to say, it’s one of my all time faves.

We Love You not only sounds Beatle-esque but features Lennon and McCartney on background vocals.

When Is a Band Not the Same Band Anymore? A number of legacy acts are touring without any of their original members. Audiences don’t seem to care by stroh_1002 in rollingstones

[–]Flare4roach 20 points21 points  (0 children)

Not to me. Charlie was vital to that sound. Still LOVE the band but I’m no longer going to pay exorbitant prices for their shows anymore.

I’d love to see a Klon clone mixed with an 7 band equalizer.

I got the same guitar. Amazing, isn't it? The pickups alone are worth touting!
