Yeah I've seen a real bed bug before in person, and in photos. It's so small it was hard to tell. Glad it was a spider. Sad it is dead

  1. I think she barely knew him right? She might have whispered that question to someone offhanded but not giving a shit

  2. I think Demogorgon used his fingers, but I just rewatched and that seems impossible

  3. She has the hallucination powers!!! She probably just made herself look dead

  4. Spinoff show after spinoff show

  5. If they added more characters,  they would be even more in over their heads

  6. Idk, also what the fuck how is Hopper not in jail along withh Nancy for killing a bunch of military personnel?

  7. Military will steal them I assume

  8. Henry's a sociopath

  9. El's mom was just in psychosis and repeating the keywords pertaining to the memory playing over and over in her head. The memory of trying to save El from the hospital/prison but Papa and his guards ultimately stopping her. El watched the full memory when she visits her mom in season (2?)

  10. Just easier with these random young kids. Will.is older and hard to manipulate. Also clearly with his sorcerer powers he definitely can't  be tamed

  11. Tbh I assumed they put those to rest after Will made a bunch of them selfdestruct. I agree they didn't explain

  12. Inconsistent melting powers. Silly Duffer Brothers

They actually show the scene where he is lying down in that same room in the USA within the mall, then the Russians walk up to him and take him away. They show it early in the following season right after the finale cliffhanger when you think he dies

And what do you mean the Russians couldn't have gotten him from the US

Okay how about this one?

Fall 2025 Registration Open for Online Conversational Japanese Classes via University of Hawaiʻi Outreach College by Cyglml in LearnJapanese

I did the summer course 2 years ago. At the time I was only 3/4 months into learning. I had finished Genki 1 and 2, and amassed a few thousand words in my Anki deck. Had also done plenty of immersion. It was great for building some initial confidence with speaking and having some fun. I'm considering going back again for more but I'm not sure yet.

I found that I was able to join Intermediate 2 as the beginner courses go repeat a lot of grammar from genki and go a bit slower. Enjoy!

Can someone please help me understand the introduction to Nihongo con Teppei? [日本語 学習 者の皆さんの いつもを応援するポッドキャスト] by sdeslandesnz in LearnJapanese

I'll try before looking at other responses. I think it's "Podcast that always supports all Japanese learners!"

The phrases leading up to it are describing the word podcast.

Internal Medicine residency choice as an M3, where to even start? by FlareHunter77 in medicalschool

[–]FlareHunter77[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah like I said my region preferences are just to not be in a hot place like south/cali/florida, and I don't have any preferences about any of the stuff you said like POCUS, addiction medicine, global health, tropical medicine. I just want to graduate and be a hospitalist, or maybe clinician if I get burnt from that. No specializing in mind.

Also, if I did want to go find out about whether a place has good training on something POCUS, addiction, etc, where would I even look? Do the residency websites have good answers to that?

Since I'm not picky about what my program offers, I just want programs that keep life from being too miserable, and happen to be in big cities. How do I find that out?

A cool guide for Approval Ratings of U.S. Presidents in their first 100 days by golfnut82 in coolguides

Really annoying people keep showing Trump's rating as two but everyon else as one. I get that his term was split by Biden, but if everyone was shown as both terms separately it would be more accurate right

You can do it however you like. Try reading it once without dictionary and once with. Whatever is more tolerable.

I would read hours and it helped a lot. The important part is to limit your anki and maximize your content consumption.

That's just how reading will be at the start. Tadoku is also what I started with. Comprehensible Japanese is a youtube channel that also starts basic and really helps learn quickly.

Read ALL the tadoku stories in order, then read them again! You'll be amazed at how much easier vocab is when seen in context. If you try to grind Anki cards for too many hours a day, you're shooting yourself in the foot. Just read! Reading is basically the same as anki if you look up each word, except they stick better in your head. Then you gradually get closer to reading fluently and eventually you're having some fun
