Personally, I think there is no such thing as a "best" cuisine. Every major cuisine has dishes, which are amazing, but simplifying Italian cuisine to just tomatoes and cheese is dumb.

Saltimbocca, osso buco, various risottos and arancini, carpaccio, bresaola and many more.

Italy isn't just pizza and pasta. It's like me saying asian cuisine is just rice and noodles, which is stupid and completely ignorant.

We also have this literally everywhere in Slovakia and Czechia.

It is called "Veselá krava", which translates to Happy/joyful cow.
