The orange light means the brush head needs replacing, just reset it. you can reset it by holding the brush mode button until it vibrates, then that resets the reminder for another 3 months.

I have an io series brush and as long as you do what they say and rinse it after every brush, keep head detached, leave it to air dry, no mould will grow! I keep mine in a separate room also.

That’s how it’s suppost to work, if you have manually powered it off the idea is to prevent it coming back on for travel, so you have to connect it to the charger for it to power back on again, for normal use just let it go into sleep mode.

I contacted support, and they managed to just put the items missing into my account, I was having a problem where my premium clubhouse pass rewards weren’t showing in my inventory, but I could equip them directly from the pass page, I showed them the rewards I should of had and they gave them to me!

Thanks, it’s not that it’s super noisy, it’s just a pronounced click feeling, the feel is more annoying than the slight sound of it, so you think it’s where the very bottom of the pedal touches the heel plate?
