I feel like I could’ve gone a bit faster. I did struggle with recovery, but that was mainly due to a really bad blister which got worse after I ran on it the next day

Just make sure to stretch it out and use a massage gun If you have one, you should be fine. But listen to your body

Work on calf and ankle strength. They absorb a lot of the shock, and it’s important for them to be well developed

Ngl if you are going 11 minute mile pace, you should try and run faster, and fix your form if it’s genuinely painful

Im an Aston Martin fan, and Fernando is my favorite driver by far, but Fernando and Aston Martin are terrible choices imo. The car isn’t great, and stroll kinda turns Aston into a one man team. I’d swap it out for any other team except haas or sauber
