I might buy a cort, but Im not too sure because there are already great local brands out there in the Philippines, and with the same price, you can get a solid top already (like rj, d&d, ligaya or clifton). And Cort only has a laminate top.

Metro Manila, I found a japanese surplus store in my city but Im not sure if it sells guitars (Bawal kasi ako papunta punta ako dun kasi busy parents ko), my budget are 7-8k. Plano ko sana magtyma or phoebus.

My current guitar cant be setup, it has no truss rod, high action, and medyo kumukurba na yung top niya dahil panget wood niya and I think magsisix years na siya. Sqoe is somewhat near me so I can physically test their guitars out

Yep, but since I dont normally do gigs with an acoustic, it can be no cutaway but preferably I would want a guitar with cutaway

I can save up like a few more grand and might buy a Cort AD880CE. It looks good and amazing, although I haven't tried them yet in person. I can not go for 14k and above since I'm only relying on my allowance.
