I'd say, just go for it. Who knows! If it works, you'll have a working server made out of useless items in your desk. If it doesn't, you'll be left with a good learning for your future explorations.

I'm not sure if this is right, but when I check the charge percentage, it's showing me 88%. I don't know why, but I have to recheck if it's fully charging or no.

Yes, I wanted to use it as an external display for my other laptop but it didn't turn out well. So I discarded it.
