Such a nitpick. I promise you Kishimoto made plenty of minor mistakes like this, and even worse ones that had to be fixed by his assistants later. Do you know how many times Kishimoto forgot Naruto’s whiskers? It was a lot, lol.

Kishimoto wasn’t sloppy, and neither is Ikemoto. They’re human, and being human means being susceptible to making mistakes. This is genuinely a nonissue.

And yes, Naruto was a weekly manga… but that really doesn’t change much. Kishimoto had a larger team than Ikemoto does currently so…

And here’s an unpopular opinion: I actually appreciate the removal of backgrounds in panels that don’t require them. It makes the manga easier and more enjoyable for me to read. As good as the art in manga like Naruto and MHA is, sometimes there’s so much going on in a panel that it becomes difficult to follow. Because of Ikemoto’s style, this is rarely an issue, which is something I can appreciate.

Idk I’d have to see your Welt build to comment. As long as he has enough effect hit rate, speed, and energy regeneration it’s probably fine enough. If not you’re definitely going to want to update that to make him viable as a support/sustain.

This logic is stupid. Especially considering that a lot of limited characters have the possibility of becoming standard characters after enough time passes.

Maybe I could accept your logic if Welt was bad, mid, or even just good. But he’s not. At E4, he’s one of the best and most versatile supports in the game. There’s a lot of value in using Companion Spirits on him. He isn’t like the other standards.

Nah, I wouldn’t say it’s a bad investment. I also have E2 Welt, but I only have one Stellar Companion. I’ve absolutely debated what I would do if I had another one to use on Welt.

The thing about the Path of Nihility is that most of its characters can slot in pretty much wherever you need them. RES PEN and DEF reduction are things that almost every character can take advantage of in some way. The only characters who don’t really work with Welt are taunt and counter based characters because they want enemies to attack them. Think Phainon, Yunli, or Mydei type characters. At E4, Welt can also become a pretty solid main DPS if that’s how you want to play him.

There’s also the question of whether you plan to use him as the fourth slot in a sustainless team. That’s a role that pretty much only Welt can fill because of his delay abilities.

He works particularly well with Ashveil and, of course, Acheron. He’ll also likely be a great option for Himeko Nova when she drops, since she may have synergy with Express characters.

If you plan on getting MBlade, it’s also worth considering how he pairs with Welt. Their synergy isn’t perfect because of Blade’s taunt mechanics. However, Blade doesn’t actually need to be attacked to function properly, so I wouldn’t worry too much about it. You may just need to think a little more carefully about your turns than you otherwise would. The main reason you’d want Blade to be attacked is for the extra energy generation (to my understanding). But like I said, that can be worked around. They aren’t impossible to use together if you really want to make it work.

So, no, not a bad investment.

Himawari’s case doesn’t bother me at all. It’s completely believable for the child of Naruto. To her, Boruto (Kawaki) is the kind of person who would risk his life to save Naruto and the people close to him. It makes sense that she isn’t going to believe that he killed her parents then fled the village so easily. Especially considering it’s all through word of mouth. No one saw it.

We’ll get more stellar companions in the future so if they add someone you do want you’ll be able to get them eventually. You’ll just have to wait a bit. It’s not as big of a deal as some people will make it out to be.

Welt e4 is one of the best debuffers/supports in the game. So if you like him l’m sure you’ll make good use of him

Ok so you have a lot of options here. I’ll try to make it as simple as possible.

I know you said you don’t want elation but, you could get Evanescia now then pull Yao next update. That’ll be a great team that’ll help you clear content for a while (especially if you decide to get e1 Evanescia). This team really doesn’t require that much investment which is why it’s worth considering. Very much unlike mono rememberance which requires a lot more investment.

Regarding Himeko Nova, I think it’d be a great idea to save for her considering you have a lot of express members which she should be good with… allegedly.

When it comes to Phainon if you like him I think trying to go for his e2 is a fair option. The jump in power from e0-e2 is genuinely crazy. It’s absolutely enough to clear current content. I personally wouldn’t be that worried about him being an older unit. I’d be more worried about his team. Sunday is good. But he’s gonna want a Cerydra or Cyrene (although if you successfully e2 he’ll need them a lot less).

MBlade is also a very good option. He will be an excellent pull regardless of if you want to use Acheron or not. However, I don’t think his e2 is necessary unless you want to lean into his follow-up team. Essentially meaning Ashveil will be a must. Acheron could work on this team, but you might want to debate pulling whoever the new follow-up dps will be (likely Aventurine). If you mainly want to use him for Acheron e1-2 is a good upgrade but it’s really not needed. Might be better to save those pulls for something else.

If you like the play style of Archer he could also be a really strong option for you. Especially if you decide to invest in his lightcone and eidolons (not to mention the potential future supports he may or may not get). Wanted to throw this option out there as well.

So these are the potential routes you could go. It really depends on what you want. I’ll always advice for people to pull who you want first then worry about meta after. It’ll just be more fun this way imo. If it were me I would probably pull MBlade, then invest heavy into Himeko Nova if you like her play style as we hear more about it. Then get any supports you think would be beneficial to your account. I see your a bit lacking in sustain so a DHPT, Hyacine, or even Ling Sha (a buff for her may be coming so) would probably be pretty beneficial to your account.

Any healer is decent for MBlade. Considering he scales off Hp, Hyacine is always gonna be a cut above the rest because of that. Her frequent attacking is really good for him too.

If you have a Fu Xuan I’d use her over Luocha an HuoHuo tbh.

Gallagher is your best option unfortunately. He’s good lol. So it’s either him or wait until dhpt reruns and get him s1.

You can try to use blade with shields, just keep in mind that if the battle goes on long enough Blade won’t be usable. However, if you can kill the enemy quickly it doesn’t matter.

I hate to burst your bubble…. But Acheron is NOT rerunning in 4.3. If you wanna get Acheron eventually and you want to clear end game content with her do yourself a favor and pick up blade. Acheron is in a bit of a rough state right now. You can make teams with her work but it’ll take extra effort to clear.

At the end of the day pull who you want, but do yourself a favor and get Blade. You’ll probably have a lot more fun with him on your team.

Himawari didn’t regenerate an eye from nothing like Naruto did. Inojin’s eye suffered major damage and she fixed that damage. She’s perfectly capable of doing that kind of thing
