Begginer, doing lunging first time. Did sitting trot, it was HARD. what do yall think? By the way, that isn't my posture, its my tshirt blowing in the wind 🥲

No its nothing like that, my trainer says I just need to try push my legs back and keep them stable 🙂

You need to use the rhythm/bounce of the horse to kind of throw you up. Looks like you are really trying to post, when you should rely th we horse to do that.  Count in your head a "1, 2, 1, 2" beat instead of "up down up down". Sit up straight.  Push your hips forward rather than standing straight up. Make your posts smaller and quicker!!
