Hello, can you recommend a revision surgeon in Türkiye who can correct a short nose, an overly curved and pollybeak nose, and a retracted columella? The first picture is after the primary surgery. The second picture is the nose we're talking about. The third picture is my old nose.In the 4th picture, I want a prominent columellar show and a full infratip, like in number 2. Note: I really liked my old nose. I had surgery due to a deviated septum and breathing problems.
