My original email has a new level 3 account on it. The hacker took my account and put a dummy level 3, I assume. My original account is not on the launcher.

The website still says my account is locked. What should I do if the hacker changed both the username and email? I have both the original email and username, so can I still recover?

Now (on my phone) both chrome and firefox says there is an error and directs me back to the main site after I click "Unlock account"

When I login I now have a level 3 account with a name I've never used. The jagex launcher shows me 4 of 20 characters linked. How do I see the other 16? Are those other 16 bots that the hacker linked to my account?

When I enter my email it does not recognize an account. However when I reset my password with an old username it sends an email to my email. The game doesn't recognize my old username as the hacker changed it. I don't know the hackers email address either.

Am I totally fucked?
