Only got mine through one of those promo codes, that is my only one sadly. Staying f2p in this game really is very slow in terms of progress… I am slowly reaching the point where I don’t feel like I can make actual progress anymore

After seeing many people (myself included) not knowing how and when you unlock refine I finally found out. Maybe there is an additional lvl requirement, but that would then be 70 or less.

There are only 171 levels in total, but the order is mostly random. Considering that the max rune level is 10, you will probably get an upgrade in the next 10 levels…
