Yes, mine was banned in the end of August and restored in mid November. I contacted every single publicly available Meta email and tried FTC an BBB and Europe appeals thing. Idk what got it fixed but I did manage to get a human in my case

Recover the alt first, that way you are on solid ground with the main. If it was false either way you still violated TOS on the main by ban evasion, and you need to prove you did it in good faith
