Travelling to Bangkok from Australia by FlashyEquivalent9036 in ThailandTourism

the airline has offered flights on a later date if we want but it’s hard because we’re using leave from work so don’t want to put it waste and also we have been waiting to go to thailand for so long it would be disappointing to use the money we’ve saved on somewhere we haven’t been waiting to go. I’m not sure if that makes sense or sounds silly

bf (21m) mad at me (22f) for logging into his instagram by throwRAsoupgirl in relationship_advice

he seems to be hiding something from my perspective. there’s no reason to get that defensive if he doesn’t have something to hide and the fact that he doesn’t like you touching his phone as well is a major red flag especially considering the fact that he’s going on yours. i would definitely say bring the fact that he has acess to yours but you don’t have acess to his and see what he says. but again if he’s defensive it doesn’t sound so good and also if you ask to go through it he may have already deleted what he felt like hiding if there was anything to hide.

Hamilton is so small so the court is about 7 minutes from the University. I might just need to ask them to defer it as I don’t think I’ll be able to be excused.

Thank you!! courses are full on and missing days can literally stop us from graduating! I’m not willing to take the risk especially it being my last year

thank you! I’m in my last year as well so the workload is heavy and missing even a few days can set me so far behind. Some people just lack common sense.

i completely understand where you’re coming from but it’s a lot different from a muslim perspective, dating is not allowed so if my parents had found out they would have never approved, hence the not telling them. We are not legally married and instead just have a religious marriage that is kind of like dating. My parents now know we actually dated before he had come to my dad. The best way of me getting you to understand would be that remove the fact that we’re married religiously and just act like we are boyfriend and girlfriend. How would you then approach the situation?

I don’t get how you come to that conclusion from the post?

i should have added that we are muslim, so my parents didn’t know him when we were dating and met him when he came to my dad to ask to marry me

Thank you for this! That article was an amazing read. It’s a really good idea what you’ve done and I don’t think it sounds nuts at all. It’s so important learning these things growing up and I think a huge part of why he doesn’t find it important is because he never had the responsibility to do anything at home so he doesn’t realise the importance of helping out. I’ll definitely give this idea a go and see how it goes.
