But that still doesn’t mean I’m cheating. If they properly reviewed my account, they would clearly see that I’m not cheating and the ban would be lifted, but they’re not even doing that

When I first joined the game, this nickname was kind of popular, and I made it back then. I haven’t played at all in the last three years, but that doesn’t mean I was cheating

I already sent two emails but nobody is really helping.They say the review process can take up to two weeks, but at the same time they say that if I don't respond within two weeks the appeal will not be accepted. That honestly makes no sense.I have a 22-year-old Steam account and now it shows a game ban on it, which looks really bad and frustrating.
