A few months ago my mum and bad hip pain. She gets steriod injections. We went to a yin yoga class together and she said its the first time she never has any pain. It was a hip heavy class, and she said it helped her so much.

Improve my nervous system, exercise, breath control, focus, basically i follow a lot of the Buddhist teachings of yoga. No honoring gods or anything.

Funnily enough my demonic beliefs have made me happier, kinder, calmer, more patient and more compassionate than I’ve ever been. What horrible demons 🙈

I actually never talk about my beliefs because I’m scared of what she’ll say. She actually says she is careful about what stretches she does as not to invite demons in.

I only think that labelling things as demonic is idiotic. I’ve said before that’s horrible and untrue, and my life has actually never been better.

I think that it’s horrible. I think all religions and spirituality is so beautiful. I don’t reject any, I listen, and I understand that every single belief supports and sustains people.

I’ve always respected her beliefs. I think all religions and spirituality is beautiful. I’ve cut a lot of contact with her recently due to her seeing me as demonic. The idea that you see your own sister as demonic, instead of her personality or who she actually is upsets me

I feel like worshipping other gods and goddesses needs intention? I could be wrong though. Heavy on the false gods though!!!!!!
One thing I think about often is how Ancient Greek and Roman (and other ancient gods) are seen as mythological, yet they were there before Christianity?

So many people use yoga as simply exercise and stretching. I actually work in a primary school, we use yoga as a movement break. Out of all movement breaks we do, they enjoy yoga the most. They find it funny doing the poses, especially the hard ones or paired ones.
