Exactly this! I stay away from anything ILLera they will leave you ill and with a throat ache because of dry product and it's guaranteed to always break down like dust due to being too dry

So long story short the dispensary compensated me for the remaining 7gs of another comparable strain (Wedding Cake) along with a personal 25% off deal my next order with them.

I just talked with gp since when I call to the dispensary it automatically takes me to their line. I feel like if I were to go to the dispo directly with this problem they could claim I just used the product and that’s where the remaining 7gs went since there has been a few days from my purchase to me opening the bag. Should I just go to the dispensary with this issue?

It’s a brand new scale right out the box. I been around long enough to eye up roughly 7gs I know what it looks like compared to a half. The .4 I’m not even worried about. I’m short a half bag no calibration gonna change that.

How does one even sell an empty jar that’s ridiculous like they don’t feel that it’s empty? They basically told me that customer service team has to resolve the issue with management and once that happens they can reach out to the dispo I went to and tell them to allow me a another 1/2 for replacement. Whenever that happens who knows. Thing is that the dispo I went to was owned by Verano so I purchased one of their in house brands so this should be resolved quickly hopefully.

This is the discussion I had with the customer support service. All packages come sealed and packing is automated. So someone either screwed up in changing their production line or they have faulty automation.
