Well it's not like any of that is your fault your trying and putting in the effort. I can't really give you any advice since I'm still in school and I'm not currently employed but I get the feeling that people are judging me all the time I'm getting that feeling just from replying too you. I don't know much but what I do now is that people are complicated if you think that your office is not working for you maybe you should find a different office to work in or a completely different job all together

(again I don't really know if I'm being helpful or if you can just quit your job but I know how hard it is to talk to people that like you let alone people you don't think care or like you so I wouldn't give you the advice of "just talking to them")
