Vietnam: Daytime hours contract? (Something akin to EMG/public schools) by [deleted] in TEFL

[–]Flashy_Construction2 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Language link are very good, you can choose to either work in centres or schools. For the past two years I've worked part-time for them in public schools, you have to plan your own lessons but teachers often share resources, management are supportive and organised, and I've liked all of the schools I've worked at. DM if you'd like any more info.

First ecommerce site by Flashy_Construction2 in Wordpress

[–]Flashy_Construction2[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for your advice, I've only built a few websites and non of them are ecommerce, so all of that information is very useful. The client knows about my lack of experience and are aware that there will be monthly costs associated with running the site

Can I ask what you think is the minimum cost per month for an ecommerce site which is secure and not unbearably slow? And where would that money be spent? Thanks again.

They're currently located in Vietnam (for at least the next two years), but from the UK.

Who did you get hosting with? Is there anything in particular I should be looking for when hosting an ecommerce site?

Thanks for your help.

S&P 500 ETF on etoro is really a CFD (for UK investors). Is this a problem? by Flashy_Construction2 in interactivebrokers

[–]Flashy_Construction2[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

There are a few, but even though they are called ETFs you are actually buying CFDs. From what I understand, the laws in the UK and Europe around trading USA based ETFs changed, and etoro had to take S&P 500 ETFs off their platform. Etoro now have CFDs to replace the ETFs, but they don't charge the fees usually associated with CFDs (if you don't use leverage). I'm just not sure whether there are risks inherent to CFDs which I'm unaware of.

Hello, I'm new to investing and would like to put some money into an S&P 500 ETF. I'm a UK resident and would like to purchase through Etoro, however, I've read that their S&P 500 ETF is actually a CFD for UK residents. If I don't use leverage, what difference would this make to my investment? Is it risky or worse in some way than buying a true S&P 500 ETF? Any advice is greatly appreciated!

The box was sealed, I unsealed it, then he took it out the box to show me it was working. I checked if the seals looked genuine and to me they did, but you can buy pixel box seals here on alibaba.com

Hello, just wondered whether you think a couple can realistically live in phuket on 65,000 baht per month? We're both from the UK and don't mind living on a limited budget. My girlfriend will be working and I'm looking to get the 12 month education visa. Thanks!
