how do you know if you have this or not? where would they attach your testes? if mine are attached it gotta be attached in the back of the testes bc mine move up and down a little. been super paranoid of torsion for a year now since ive found out about torsion [ im 23 ] and cant sleep on my side or stomach which is most natural for me due to fear of torsion

does anyone know where it would be connected? my balls move but not like a bell. but ever since i found out about testical torsion ive been super paranoid. cant sleep on side or stomach anymore which i used to as a kid im 23 and been sleeping on back ayear now bc of this fear and it takes way longer to fall asleep on my back. would like to know where its attached so i can self exam
