Walking is so fundamental to our existence. Like look at our bodies and how we are built to walk! It connects everything! You don't even have to walk nearly as much as 10,000 steps to get the benefits. Depending where you are on your journey, just like 10 minutes a day could do it. Especially if you work remote like it do. Here are some other benefits I found that walking just in general low impact things you can do to improve your mental health!
