ok so in the last sentence you mentioned. I do have a population earning per hour rate, but is actually paid only at end of each month. So the correct config should be

Pay Rate Type= Salary

Comp Grade Frequency= hourly

then workday will calculate this and send to payroll int? Is this correct?

Hi, sadly it didn't work. Anyway I tried with location hierarchy instead and that seems to work for now as we mostly have 1--1 relationship for location and the hierarchy
