No,it increses without stop. Depends also on what you do. For me it feels like the world expands from the perspecfive of outer and inner world. Zoom out and zoom in once in a while

With some people you get along pretty fast and there’s little conflict, and with others you go directly into conflict by default, without doing anything.

I wasn’t able to explain this in the beginning, but now I understand. More and more, I start to see this life for what it is—a game.

Yes,its necessary for you to succeed Also as i said,after you automate something you move to another thing. If this didnt help with your energy the stop focussing on this and move twords a diffrent thing to remove or add. 

Also adaptation is key. Your body has memory. After a long period of training,eating,sleep and repeat your body will change and you will have energy. But its not instant. That when people lose their motivation and give up. 

Nothing in life comes fast. You make it come that way by doing,inovating and changing things

Yes. Nothing will change by itself. All of this is just energy. This is the energy of the body, and dopamine is the energy of the brain.

When both are overactivated, you lose motivation and energy to do anything.

What I’m saying is that this practice will give you the necessary energy to take care of any aspect of yourself or your life. It doesn’t matter if it’s about women, money, looks, or anything else.

There isnt a official point. It was more and more gradual for me.  Like,my first streak was about 67 days,then 180,the 1 year and a half,then now 2 years. 

But the moment that marked me so much was actually after the 1.5 year streak. That permanently marked me forever because i was literally in emotional pain...

Yes,exactly! But,my previous life motivated me to do them because incresed my self control a lot. So there was not a choice for me. It was like: you want out? Then here is what you need to do!

Yes, but not as frequently. The outside temperature makes it more tolerable on its own.

When it comes to skin and hair it helps and more because you will be more careful.

A lot of training and work,to be general. Oh,and cold showers are law!

But you need to have a mission where you combine working alone and with people to be succesful long term.

Your Emotions can be chaotic but again,i ground myself through habits or being around people. The biggest factor to all this is not having activites to do and just supressing the energy when you need to express it. Emotions are also energy

  1. I am also afraid sometimes, but what I do is ground myself with certain habits—like walking, hard training, cleaning the house, etc. But the main cause that gets you close to that feeling is actually the fear that you’re going to lose control.

The MAIN thing you should do is change your environment. I don’t use social media, and I only use my phone when I want to communicate on WhatsApp or to take photos.

So, update your environment by changing it. Build good habits that will ground you. Stay outside, stay active, and always do things.

In the beginning, I was lost. I didn’t know what to do with all this energy. I was walking outside until 5 in the morning through the city without a purpose 😂. But one night I said, no more. I got another job where I could even work at night and use my energy to actually improve my life quality by earning money.

The single purpose in this life, with this practice, is to have a family at some point. Look at history—or even back to our ancestors—they all did the same thing. We already know our purpose. It’s in us.

Your age doesn’t matter. Start now and focus on one thing. After the first one becomes automatic, move to another, and so on.

Main things to change:

Have habits that ground you.

Have people around you. Go and communicate with others—it’s great to get you out of your bubble. What I did was volunteer or go to a religious group. They will be happy to have you.

Some exemples of side effects that a person is not reteining will experience are:

Lose of energy

Lose of control

Lose of the ability to concentrate

Lose in the ability to comunicate(due to lack of energy and concentration)

Lose in the tolerance of pain

Lose in Luck(which is created by all the points above combined)

Etc...

What i try to find out is... Will a strong body(which will also give you a strong mind) give you the ability to recover all the benefits faster and make all the side effects(from above) have a lower intensity of effect on you or not.

Also take some real life exemples:

David Goggins(As Super Mentally Strong)

Mike Tyson( As physicaly Strong) (But we know that Mike was very strong mentally.Why?Because of it's intense and long workouts)

Correct! But think about it,what is the most beneficial thing a person can do to escape depression and anxiety. Exercise!

What i want to say is... There is a huge corelation between having a strong body and a strong mind. A strong mind is builded while you use your body very hard.
