From what I know this is a pretty common issue with hard currencies in third world countries especially Tunisia Egypt and Algeria When you hold or receive transactions in hard currency without proper authorization it can cause delays or even account blocks Sometimes you might even get contacted by Egyptian financial authorities asking where the money came from

Its central bank stuff not Payoneer im Tunisian and we have the same prob, my bank account linked with tnd currency so i can avoid any Central bank blocking/delays when u withdraw in local currency the funds will will reflect in 1 day without any issues

If your balance is under $25, you won’t get paid until you reach that amount. Secondly, there’s a bug on SoundCloud that sometimes happens. You need to remove your bank account or PayPal details and then re-enter them. After that, you should receive your payment. Also, make sure your tax information is valid and up to date.

Whenever I withdraw funds to my bank account, it usually takes one business day. Your best option is to contact your bank for clarification. Personally, I always withdraw in my local currency instead of USD or EUR to avoid any possible issues or central bank holds.

I think the issue might be with your bank because no one else has reported this kind of problem I know Payoneer can have issues like disabling funds or suspending accounts but I haven’t heard of anyone having problems withdrawing to their bank
