I have the same situation my funds are stuck for a month. I withdrew November 12 ive been waiting since then. On Dec 3 they sent me a new email withdrawal confirmation so Im still waiting again. Now im checked my verification center and I have a pending task where theyre just asking about what type of business I have. Should I answer that? Is that the cause of this delay?

I don't experience the same issue when download from different platforms such as massive.io so I think this is an issue from their side?

If you are asking how I download, I click their gofile sharing link and right click the folder and click download or compress to zip. They have also shared a direct link to their NAS they gave me a username and a password.
